Backed by over 35 years experience in the Self Storage Industry, Downtown U-Lok Storage is known for its state of the art, affordable and convenient public self-storage services in Vancouver. We provide household, commercial or vehicle storage solutions for your personal and business space needs, with a variety of all steel construction storage unit sizes, with metal rollup doors, within a modern, concrete, earthquake reinforced building.
We take security seriously, with a custom designed Security and Access Control System that incorporates individually alarmed units with personal access codes to operate elevators to the customer’s floor only, turn on the entire floor lights, and disarm the unit door. All activities are monitored and logged 24 hours in real time. Our easy-to-access, central location near Downtown Vancouver, is preferred by our clients who are based in both Vancouver and in neighboring communities, including Burnaby, New Westminster, North & West Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and Richmond.

When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 7-day notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: provincial photo identification card, current driver’s license with photo, passport, or status card) and credit card.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail a cheque or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/chequing account monthly. First payment must be cash/debit or credit card, after the first payment we can accept cheques and automatic payments.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell packing and moving supplies in our One Stop Supply Shop.
