When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 7-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: provincial photo identification card, current driver’s license with photo, passport, or status card) and credit card.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Never miss a payment with our easy online payment portal.

• We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, cheques, EFTs, money orders and cash.

Do you offer autopay options?

Yes, you can set up on-time automatic payments.

Can I arrange deliveries and pickups from the facility?

Yes, we work with you to receive deliveries and pickups.  We also offer mailbox rentals.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me access my unit?

No, at the time of signing you will receive your own access code that will allow you to operate the elevator, automatically turn on your floor lights, and disarm your unit during normal access hours.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes. We sell packing and moving supplies in our One Stop Supply Shop.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Size Guide tool on our website or call our team for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Hazardous and toxic materials, explosives and flammable liquids, chemicals, lithium batteries, plants, cash, weapons, and perishables.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

When can I access my unit?

You have access during the hours when we are open 7 days a week (holiday exceptions).  Our open hours are longer than usual in our industry and fully staffed to assist you.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes. We have complimentary carts and dollies available.

Do you offer temperature-controlled storage?

Definitely!  All our units are contained inside our building, with a steady range of temperatures year-round.

Can I store my vehicle?

Yes, we provide dry, indoor parking space for vehicles and motorcycles on our parking level.

Can I upsize or downsize anytime?

Yes, you can upsize or downsize anytime, as your space needs change.
