Eligibility
You must be a current tenant or a past tenant who has/had an account in good standing in order to participate. Non-tenants are also eligible to participate and rewards are given after proper verification. To ensure that you receive your reward, please provide contact information to the tenant you are referring. This will help us reach out to you easily.
Reward Tiers
Earn generous rewards ranging from $50 to $100 for each successful referral. Our rewards are based on the size of the storage unit rented through your referral:

Units up to 100 square feet
$75
101–250 square feet units
$100
251 square feet units and larger
Reward Options
You can choose to receive your reward in one of the following ways:
Cash
Gift Card
Your choice of Amazon or Visa Gift Card
Rental Credit
Rent Credit towards your storage unit
Limitations
There is no limit to how many referral rewards you can earn! Each successful referral must rent a unit for a minimum period of one month to qualify for the reward. Please note that each referral must meet our standard rental requirements.
