Welcome to the Downtown U-Lok Storage Referral Program! We value your trust in our services and want to reward you for spreading the word. Here’s how you can earn rewards by referring friends, family, or anyone in need of self-storage solutions.
Eligibility
You must be a current tenant or a past tenant who has/had an account in good standing in order to participate. Non-tenants are also eligible to participate and rewards are given after proper verification.To ensure that you receive your reward, please provide contact information to the tenant you are referring. This will help us reach out to you easily.
Reward Amount
Earn generous rewards ranging from $50 to $100 for each successful referral. You can choose to receive your reward in one of the following ways:
- Cash
- Gift Card of Your Choice (either an Amazon Gift Card or a Visa Gift Card)
- Rent Credit towards your storage unit
Reward Tiers
Our rewards are based on the size of the storage unit rented through your referral:
- Units up to 100 sq ft: Earn $50
- Units from 101 sq ft up to 250 sq ft: Earn $75
- Units from 251 sq ft and up: Earn $100
Limitations
There is no limit to how many referral rewards you can earn! Each successful referral must rent a unit for a minimum period of one month to qualify for the reward. Please note that each referral must meet our standard rental requirements.

Please note that Downtown U-Lok Storage reserves the right to amend the referral program at any given time. We are committed to keeping you informed of any changes to ensure transparency and continued satisfaction.
